About IPNM

The dreams of this Institution started in October 2006. When Dions Business Services was formally established as a non-network marketing company that was engaged in direct selling, training of the youths to acquire an employable skills, and management consultancy services, the main aims of Dions Business Services that was to create jobs for the youths and to train them to acquire employable skills was not fully realized.


  The company then diversified it operations into network marketing. In April 2007, fully understanding the concept of network marketing and realizing that the model is the best in achieving its aims in training the youths to acquire employable skills and to offer an unlimited number of the terminally unemployable youths the opportunity to practice a profession that can help them earn a residual income

Since April 2007, Dions Business Services have trained many youths to acquire this noble profession. Regardless of their ages, sex, race, education, or past work experience, many who are today practicing Network Marketing as Professional Network Marketers and happily ripping the rewards of their hard work and dedication through residual income and has freed themselves from the traditional 8 – 5 working syndrome.

 

Due to the overwhelming response, dedication and commitment to hard work by our student the management of Dions Business Services took the bold decision to restructure its management operations, company aims and objectives and to redirect its resources and focus on training the youths to acquire a noble profession in Network Marketing.

Our graduates

 

IPNM graduates take back to their own homes far more than just an education. They also in very real situations appreciate the latest knowledge gained and realize the direction of future global development of this profession, a host of essential contact within the international Network marketing arena, and constructive plans for the future.

These qualities are been recognize by the world outside. Our graduates are building their own home based business and are professional trainers and marketers. Our graduates are living their marks on the world.


 

In April 2008, the first educational institution in Ghana to offer a career-training program in Network Marketing the INSTITUTE OF PROFESSIONAL NETWORK MARKETING (IPNM), commenced it first training program, and its main objectives are career training and development.

It is the first of it kind in Ghana, West Africa, and Africa as a whole, we believe it is the first private institution in Ghana to offer a distance-learning program in the country and due to this advantage the institute have student from all the ten (10) regions of Ghana studying our

program.


IPNM is the only institution in Ghana whose graduates are gainfully self-employed and earns a descent income through RESIDUAL income long before they even graduate.
 Due to our unique affiliate program, we are the first and only training institution in Ghana that pays our student whiles they are studying.

 Plans are far advance in establishing a regulatory body, an association called,
ASSOCIATION OF CERTIFIED NETWORK MARKETING PRACTITIONERS
to monitor the practice and progress of our graduates to give them a sense of belonging to a body of like-minded persons who are practicing the same profession.

 In addition, we have setup the IPNM STUDENT INVESTMENT FUND, which will give out loans (a minimum of GHC 50 and a maximum of GHC 200.) to our graduate to start their own home based network businesses after graduation
. 

 
We hope to train over one thousand two hundred (1,200) persons nationwide, to acquire a profession in network marketing, and to cultivate the spirit of self-employment in them before the end of December 2009

Our aims

The Institute was established in April 2008, by the management team of Dions Business Services (which now serves as the research and consultancy) unit of IPNM, to increase the number of highly trained professional Network Marketers in the various regions across the country.

With highly trained professionals, we believe that the concept of Network Marketing can be adopted and use by all industries in the country as done elsewhere and the high unemployment rate could be reduce, the unskilled labor could be trained to acquire an employable profession, and the practice of Network Marketing made more efficient.

Government could make sure that economic growth in the Network Marketing field would be sustainable, with integrated planning allowing each sector of government to encourage Network Marketing.

 

Nevertheless, beyond these immediate practical aims, the Institute is a forum for participation in teaching and learning by people of all occupations.

 Our goals are to foster tolerance, to encourage industries to adopt and use the Network Marketing module in distributing their products and services, to cut down cost mainly on advertisement, and for individuals to embrace the profession since that is a better option to the 8 – 5 JOB (Just Over Broke) syndrome, to be able to improve ones economic condition, social and health status more conveniently

 

IPNM educates people for the benefit of themselves, their families, society and the nation as a hole. Our students benefit from the high-level Network Marketing training we offer. As graduates, they return home and in turn, transfer their newly gained experience to colleagues, helping their colleagues in achieving the highest practicable and professional standers in Network Marketing.

Our program of study


The Institute offers a taught post secondary program in Network Marketing affairs, leading to the award of Certificate in Network Marketing, Diploma in Network Marketing, and an Advance Diploma in Network Marketing.
.
 The entry
requirements and the periods varied for the various programs.
  Our programs of study are carefully design to be responsive to the real needs of the Network Marketing profession.

 An expect balance of academic study and practical experience, it provides a unique insight into the whole range of Network Marketing Endeavor.
 
IPNM emphasizes the practical application of knowledge, and so is far from an academic ivory tower. Each time, our student benefit from the input of many visiting professionals’ internationally renowned expert and trainers in their field.

 They bring state-of-the-art professional experience into the classroom, opening an important window to the practice of the Network Marketing profession

 

Our students also benefit from field training gaining valuable insight into the professional practice in different host locations. With the co-operation of an enormous range of corporate bodies and professional individuals, the students can experience for themselves the application of the latest theories of network marketing in real life situations.

 

Our mission and goals

To serve the global marketing community as the Direct Selling Association and World Federation of Direct selling Association’s apex institute of high-level network marketing education and training, in furtherance of the DSA and the WFDSA’s aims and objectives.  
 
As a center for excellence for network marketing education and training, the institute will promote the highest practicable standers in network marketing, promotion, practice and advocacy.
 Moreover, it will provide a mechanism for the transfer of knowledge and its application. In particular, the institute will:
  ·         Continuously review and develop its programs in response to current and future practice requirements, particularly in developing countries · 

      
Offer a range of professional updating programs for its student
·         Provide a focus for the regional networking of advance network marketing education and training institutions ·          Collaborate with other network marketing training institutions world-wide ·         Pursue effective policies of equal opportunity and commitment to quality in all areas of its activity.
